Jan is managing partner and since 2016 even owner of OMEGA company.

Jan has been achieving his economical, legal and business skills during the last fifteen years, when he was promoted from referent to member of management in a supranational company. Then he has run his own business and successfully provided consulting activities.

Nowadays he solely deals with M&A consulting in the field of sell-side and buy-side of Czech family companies. Within his experiences he precisely knows the owner's role as well as an investor and thus he can find a solution that satisfies both parties. He creates a real strategy of the company sale without learning phrases and exceptions. You can count on his sincerity and maximum willingness to fight for your interests in combination with his perspective and dynamic approach.

He has successfully completed dozens of transactions during his career. Jan has studied Legal Faculty in Olomouc and University of Economics and Business in Prague. Nowadays he has been finishing MBA studies.
